In recent months a number of residents have received unsolicited communications through the post from Virgin Media Ltd, addressed to people not living at that address and sometimes containing contracts and direct debit forms for services that have not been asked for.

This can be worrying and it can take time to persuade the company that a genuine mistake has been made. These occurrences may be the result of innocent mistakes, but anyone receiving these communications may wish to keep the paperwork, and report their concerns.
